Making a pre-order on our website represents your agreement with the terms and conditions below:

Following the pre-order made on the website, the email sent is automatically generated and does not represent the confirmation that the products are in stock. This email is informative and does not create contractual obligations.

The order is valid and is honored after you are contacted and the stock and price of the items ordered are confirmed.

The information provided to us is used only for the purpose for which it was entered (making pre-orders or requests for offers), according to the laws in force. Our company does not provide your e-mail address to third parties, does not encourage spam and does not make public the data provided by its customers without their explicit consent.

Payment of products

If the prices or other information about the product were displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right not to honor the order and to inform the customer about the error, if the delivery was not made beforehand!

Payment for the ordered products can be made with: advance payment order, Google Pay, with a credit card, through the website dedicated to this. For the products that are not in the local stock or in the regional warehouses, it is necessary to pay an advance in the amount of 30-100% of the value of the products.

Delivery of products

The seller will ship the products included in the accepted order in the door-to-door courier system, to a delivery address on the UK teritorry. Depending on the product, the availability of stock at the manufacturer, the delivery term may vary.

Accepted orders will be delivered depending on their availability in stock, the estimated term being between 24 hours and about 7-9 working days, term that will be communicated in writing to the customer upon approval of the order. We assure you, however, that we do our best so that the products brought to the order reach you as quickly as possible. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, etc.) the shipping period can be extended to about 2 weeks and will be communicated to the client.

Delivery in the country is free of charge (in the case of orders whose total value exceeds the amount of 300 GBP), without hidden costs, by DPD or Royal Mail or DHL.

The products are sent within the limits of available stocks. The prices of the products displayed on the website can be changed without prior notice.

Warranty and return:

The guarantee is provided free of charge for its duration by our network of partners and is valid for:
* one year from the date of purchase of the product for legal entities;
* two years for phones for individuals
* one year for accessories for individuals
and applies in accordance with its terms and conditions.

If the product breaks down during the warranty period, you contact us by e-mail specifying the problem you are facing, then we take it over and take care of the rest of the stages, ensuring that the repair is carried out in the shortest possible time. In order to benefit from the guarantee, it is necessary to have the purchase document of the product (received invoice) and the guarantee certificate. You can download both from our website; as soon as the product is delivered, you will receive their download link by e-mail.

Also, the products can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the package, according to the legislation in force, with the exception of products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer , regardless of whether or not they were used after unsealing (e.g.: headphones), as well as products that, upon return, show scratches or damage of any kind, broken box, etc. The products are returned intact, in the original box, without signs of use and completely reset, in the case of phones. If you wish to return a product within the legal term of 14 days from receipt, it is necessary to return it intact in the original box and complete the return form available online here!
If it is not returned in the original box as it came, our company reserves the right to apply a return tax in the amount of 20-30% of the value of the product. Phones with a broken screen due to the buyer’s fault are not accepted under warranty/return.

Products brought into stock following a firm special order from the customer and payment in advance cannot be returned.
For phone batteries, the warranty is valid for 6 months from purchase.
